Although we have only been a part of the ‘Patrick Ferry Family’ for a short period of time, my sister and I have been overwhelmed by the kindness and gentleness of the staff.  My mother felt comfortable as soon as she arrived at Patrick Ferry House and immediately joined in with the activities.  We could see she felt safe and secure.  We were able to relax in the knowledge that our mum was being looked after so well.

I cannot praise the staff enough.  They hold my mum’s hand, pat her forehead, they pop in and out even when they are not rostered to look after her.  They interact with my sister and I, comforting us by giving a casual pat on the shoulder to make sure we’re ok, always showing great concern.
